    Sanjay Rupal

    With extensive market experience in senior/executive recruitment, Sanjay specialises in finance and general management recruitment.

    Following a degree in Economics & Geography at Birmingham University Sanjay spent several years working in Hong Kong, China and India as an export merchant to Europe and the US.  After a career change he joined Michael Page International where he focussed on the Birmingham market in Finance. He then went on to work with start-up niche-market finance recruitment specialist Andrew Farr Associates where he spear-headed the Executive/Search function growing the business throughout the UK to seven regional offices.

    Sanjay works as our key search consultant and has a strong history of working to a 100% success in every piece of retained /exclusive work. In his spare time he enjoys playing rugby for Letchworth RFC and travelling.

     

    Anita Rupal

    After graduating from Birmingham University with a Law Degree I joined a global recruitment business. This firmly embedded me into the recruitment industry which has proved to be a natural fit to this day.

    My background includes working for a FTSE 250 as an In-house Recruitment Manager dealing with talent management projects, candidate attraction strategies, employee retention and national recruitment campaigns so I’m well versed at understanding the issues faced from both sides of the fence! Having set up brand new divisions for large global recruiters in the HR, Legal and Company Secretarial divisions I decided it was time to offer my clients the recruitment service that is flexible and tailor made to suit their needs. People that have dealt with me know that I’m extremely tenacious and won’t stop until I get the job done to my best ability.

    Hawaii is the destination of choice on my travels and I try to get out there as much as possible whilst the bulk of my spare time is spent on property development.
